Oh goodness me, is it that time of the year again? It doesn’t seem so long ago since last Valentine’s Day and yet, here we are celebrating this lovely day again.
You know when you want to try and aim for something different every year? Of course, your first idea may be chocolates, a bouquet, booking somewhere fancy to dine and or maybe a romantic weekend getaway… You may have managed to get all these covered, but what about yourself?
Don’t worry, I will be showing you what to wear for Valentine’s Day from Bicester Village. Never heard of Bicester Village before? This place is located just an hour from London, a luxury destination home to more than 160 boutiques of world-famous brands, each offering exceptional value with savings of up to 60% on the recommended retail price all year round. Sounds perfect, right?
You wouldn’t want to be too dressy or too laid back, so I’ve curated two looks which combine the two – more classic meets contemporary style.
The first look, bringing a classic statement, is a Carmel double-breasted wool-blend jacket with black roll neck and contemporary Prince of Wales suit, all of which come in the same British label, Reiss. A perfect place to wear somewhere sophisticated whilst sipping an extravagant cocktail at an ultra-chic venue, Maison Assouline in the heart of Mayfair.
50 Shades of Blue
Or perhaps you fancy something a little more “50 Shades of Blue” and contemporary to start the day? Well, this tartan trouser and Burberry lace appliqué shirt bring the finishing statement to the whole look. This outfit brings a more down to earth vibe for those who seek a fun date, socialising with friends, somewhere trendy for lunch or a lovely long walk, (that is, of course, depending on the weather forecast, as it’s only February!) unless a raincoat and brolly tempts you to try a little “ Singing in the Rain”? Oh, not on your date – sorry!
I hope you find something to wear on your Valentine’s Day from Bicester Village, which is also the ideal place to buy some exquisite gifts for him or her.
By the way, are you looking for something unique to buy? I would recommend a delicate bouquet from Nikki Tibbles Wild at Heart, whoever you are thinking of will find this gift a bundle of joy!
